Freedom of work.

This morning, instead of hitting the gym and then starting work, I decided to go for a coffee.

I usually work seven days a week, and there are days where I work 16 hours straight.

But I can go to the gym whenever I want and I can take a 20 day holiday whenever I feel like it as long as I meet my deadlines and as long as I’m satisfied with the work I deliver.

Sometimes I lose clients, sometimes I fire clients and sometimes I don’t get enough projects which can be quite stressful.

I’d choose this over a regular job any time.

I choose what projects to take on, I choose which clients to work with, and I choose when to work.

I have freedom of choice. That’s why I don’t ever see myself working a nine-to-five as an employee.

Freedom of work.
